What is YOTI?

YOTI is a digital identity company that makes it safer for people to prove who they are.

Minimum amount of information required for YOTI to work

  • YOTI Integration API-KEY

    Fundamental piece to the integration auth/authz flow

  • YOTI Brand(s) Name

    This is used to personalise the outbound YOTI email sender name

  • YOTI Brand(s) Email
    โ€‹This is used to personalise the outbound YOTI email sender email

  • YOTI phase

    The business may require that document signatures are collected only at given phase. Integration can be configured to be available only when deal is in a particular phase.

YOTI Processing

  1. YOTI is able to send one document at a time or an envelope of multiple documents.

  2. When document(s) are sent, recipient(s) get emails by YOTI.

  3. When document(s) are sent, activity note in the CRM is created with information of the event.


    3.1 YOTI custom fields on the deal record are also populated with integration and business valuable data.

  4. When recipient(s) sign documents, activity notes are created in the system with information of the event.

  5. When all recipients have signed, status of the envelope is updated and activity note is created with information of the events.

  6. CRM also offers reminders sending. This would notify the people who have not signed yet. Activity note is created as well.

CRM Integration Fields

  1. YOTI Envelope ID (text)
    Field used to capture the unique identifier for the envelope started by YOTI platform. Field value is set when envelope is created, and when there is a process update event sent from YOTI. The unique identifier value is used to find the relevant deal.

  2. YOTI Envelope Created Date (date)
    Field used when the YOTI envelope is created. Value of the field is set as the date when the event takes place.

  3. YOTI Envelope Signed Date (date)
    Field used to track YOTI collection of all signatures. Value of the field is updated when all signatures by all recipients are collected.

  4. YOTI Envelope Status (dropdown - options: Not Started, In Progress, Complete)
    Field used to track status updates from YOTI.

  5. YOTI Recipient ID (text)
    Field used to capture the unique identifier for the contacts being sent documents by YOTI.
