Measure the performance and success of your emails in Campaign Insights with stats and the new campaign Summary Sheet. Discover below.

Once you have sent your email, you want to know and understand how it has performed. Below is an example of what you will see in the Email Campaign review section.

Click on any statistic to see which individuals have Received, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, or Bounced. You can combine any of these filters and even save these groups as Smart Groups for Automations.

Who can View Email Sent Stats?
Only users with permissions to view the group a campaign has been sent to have can view the stats.

What does it all mean?

Sent - this is the number of emails sent by the system

Delivered - this is the number of emails that have been delivered

Opened - this number indicates how many people have opened your email. It is sometimes known as an OR or Open Rate

Clicked - this number indicates how many people have clicked on a link within your email. This is often known as a CTR or Click Through Rate and is generally the most common measurement of success.

Unsub (Unsubscribe) - this shows the number of people who have unsubscribed from your mailing list.

Spam - this shows the number of people who have marked your email as SPAM. This number is important as it can affect your Sender Reputation very quickly. Your Sender Reputation determines how trusted you are by providers and can impact your send/open/click-through rates. If your Sender Reputation gets too low, your emailing privileges can be suspended or removed.

Bounce - the bounce rate represents the percentage of sent messages that cannot be delivered.

Campaign Summary Sheet

The campaign summary sheet allows you to get an overview of how your campaign has performed, showing you relevant KPIs.

The summary gives you all of the statistics that you need as a marketer and allows you to download and print a PDF.

To access the summary sheet you need to click on the three dots to the left of the campaign and click summary sheet.
