Scheduling Your Campaign: A Step-by-Step Guide

To ensure the successful launch of your campaign, please follow the steps outlined below. This guide will take you through creating a campaign, scheduling, and modifying scheduled campaigns if necessary.

Step 1: Creating Your Campaign

Before scheduling your campaign, it is essential to create one. Proceed through the creation steps until you reach the "Launch" phase.

Step 2: Scheduling Your Campaign

Upon reaching the "Launch" step, you have two options:

  1. Send Now: Send your campaign immediately.

  2. Schedule Send: To schedule your campaign for a future date and time, select "Schedule Send". Then, click on the date field to open a calendar view, allowing you to pick the precise date and time for your campaign to go out.

For time zone adjustments, utilise the dropdown menu to select the appropriate time zone. This ensures your campaign is sent according to the local time of your target audience - this selection is audience wide, not per contact.

Launching Your Campaign

After setting the date, time, and time zone, click "Launch Campaign" followed by "Confirm" to finalise the scheduling. Your campaign is now queued for the specified time.

Modifying Scheduled Campaigns

If you need to cancel or reschedule a campaign, navigate to the "Scheduled" group within your dashboard. Here, you'll find all your scheduled campaigns. You can then select a campaign to access various options, including rescheduling or cancellation.
