Understanding Campaign Insights: A Comprehensive Guide

The "Campaign Insights" section offers a powerful tool for analysing the performance of your campaigns post-send. This guide will walk you through accessing and interpreting these insights.

Navigating to Campaign Insights

Navigate to the "Campaign Insights" section located at the bottom of the General groups. Here, you will find detailed statistics on the performance of your campaigns.

KPI Widget

The Key Performance Indicator widget will if you an overview of the the key send metrics based on the selected period. You can adjust the period using the pre-defined options or set a custom period. This will update the table beneath allowing you to get greater detail.

Finding Your Campaigns

You can use various options to locate a campaign:

  • By Name: Quickly locate a specific campaign by entering its name in the search bar.

  • Using Filters: Apply filters to refine your search based on various criteria.

  • Sorting Options: Organise your view by sorting campaigns according to different factors, allowing you to easily compare and analyse them. Using the filters on the table, you can 'Group by' a chosen column, for example, Tag, to get a broken-down view of campaigns per Tag.

Analysing Campaign Statistics Each campaign's performance metrics are readily available for review. For a deeper analysis:

  • Creating Contact Groups: Discover engagement levels by clicking on the statistics provided. For example, to create a group of contacts who got delivered the campaign called "Test", click on the number '70' under "DELIVERED". This action automatically generates a group containing all 70 contacts and their details.

Duplicating Campaigns: Should you wish to rerun a successful campaign, there's no need to start from scratch. Simply click on the three blue dots located next to the campaign's name and select "Duplicate". This will create a copy in the "Drafts" section for easy modification and reuse.
