Templates streamline campaign creation by offering pre-designed or customisable options, ensuring brand consistency while also saving time.

A template email is an easy way to send an email that was previously designed. In the a Just start by creating a Campaign.

Campaign Email

You can now start editing your email design. You can add text, pictures, whatever you find appropriate. When you feel happy with your template click on the ‘Email Settings’ button.

Make sure you tick the button located under "Publish template"

You can now click "Save Draft" to finalize your template.

How to use it:

After completing all the steps above, proceed to create a new campaign and click on "Email Templates". From there, simply select the template you've just created to kickstart your campaign.


Direct Email

Start by create a new "Direct Email"

When you are happy with your email, make sure to tick the button labeled "Publish Template" then click on "Save Draft" to finalize the template.

How to use it:

Open the contact which you want to send the email to and click on ‘Select templated email’, as you can see there is the template we created previously:

After you pick your template, click on the ‘edit’ button, and you will see the same panel as before, so you will be able to change anything that you may have missed in your original template and personalise it for your recipient. Now, add a Subject and launch the email.
